I just had an incredible stay at this resort! It's perfect for families, especially with multiple pool areas and a variety of activities for the kids. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel with its spacious pools and nice amenities. The staff were welcoming, and the entertainment was fantastic, especially from the team led by Vitalis. However, the issue with sunbed reservations was frustrating, and the sports facilities need some attention. We felt that some aspects of our experience could have been better, particularly the management of poolside loungers and the condition of the courts.
